Design and remodeling can get overwhelming. Rest assured, We've worked on numerous projects and always enjoy serving our clients. This is a wonderful opportunity to create a space you'll love. You still may have a lot of questions. Such as: "How do I know if I can afford this project?" Typically, we'll give you a verbal estimate over the phone to see if it fits your budget. If you want to move forward, there is an in-person Vision Meeting for $50 where we'll listen to your vision for the space and share ideas. If you're ready to take the next step, there is a paid Design & Layout phase. This is typically $300 for bathrooms and $1,000 for kitchens. We'll provide a 3D floor plan and a detailed Selections Board with every detail of your remodel. Once every detail is approved, we'll write up a detailed, line by line, proposal for you to review. "What design services are included?" That's determined by you. It can range from a simple consultation fee with our designer to a full on design process. This can include mood boards, handpicked design selections, item storage, and staging. We can help you create a beautiful space with however much help you want. "What experience do we have?"  Matthew has worked in construction for 15+ years. He has experience with just about every stage of building. He understands all the structural requirements of remodeling but also has an eye for detail. Danelle has decorated and designed a successful airbnb, homes for sale, and current living spaces for homeowners. She's worked on a variety of projects including homes for young families with children and for people entering into retirement. "How will the remodel process affect daily living?" Obviously this is determined largely by the extent of the project. Typically, we will plastic off the work area to reduce dust in the house. We usually need a small space close to the work area for tools and materials. Most cutting will be done outside. We try to minimize disruptions but also try and get the project done as quickly as possible.
